Here’s what to expect with shipping:

Shipping Time
Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days after purchase. If there’s any unexpected delay, we’ll reach out via email or phone.

Giveaways and Holiday Rush
During giveaways or holiday seasons, things can get backed up. Processing times might be longer, but we’re working hard to get your order out as fast as possible. Thanks for your patience.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and scanned, we’ll email you a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the info to update after USPS receives it.

Marked Delivered but Didn’t Show Up?
If your tracking says “Delivered” but there’s no package, contact USPS directly—they’re the best ones to track it down. If it was marked delivered to your address, you can also file a claim with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Address Issues and Returned Orders
Double-check your shipping address before checking out. We’re not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is returned to us:

  • We’ll notify you once it arrives back.
  • We’ll reach out to confirm or update your shipping info.
  • Once we’ve got the correct address, we’ll reship your order and send a new tracking number.

Note: Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
